Bright red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with rose petal and forest-floor notes, subtle spice and iron/mineral drive; medium-plus body, silky but present tannins, lively acidity and a long, dusty, savory finish.

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from certified organic/biodynamic vineyards; cold pre-fermentation maceration, indigenous-yeast fermentations, aged ~12–16 months in oak (≈20% new).
