Perfumed Chambolle: rose and violet with red cherry, raspberry, light spice and stony minerality. Silky texture, fine tannins and a precise, elegant finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested village blend (multiple parcels incl. some 1er crus). Fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters (≈40%), native yeasts, aged in French oak (moderate new wood).
