Mineral-driven Chardonnay with citrus, white flowers and ripe pear, notes of toasted almond and subtle buttered oak; medium‑full body, bright acidity and a long saline, mineral finish.

Organic/biodynamic viticulture. Whole-cluster pneumatic pressing; fermentation begins in stainless steel and finishes in oak barrels; aged 12–16 months in barrel (approx. 15–20% new oak).
