Pure, flinty Sauvignon Blanc: piercing citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit), white peach, wet stone, herbal notes and saline minerality. Tight and tense at release with chalky texture and a long mouthwatering finish.

Western: lobster or grilled langoustine with herb butter, roasted guinea fowl, goat cheeses, smoked trout with crème fraîche. Asian: sashimi/sushi (salmon, tuna), miso‑glazed black cod, Vietnamese grilled prawns, lightly spiced Thai seafood.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑harvested fruit from flint/clay soils; whole‑cluster direct pressing, long fermentation and ~12 months élevage on fine lees in large cigar‑shaped barrels, foudres and Wineglobes (regular bâtonnage).
