Crisp, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc with nectarine and citrus notes, pronounced silex/flinty character, delicate, silky texture and saline finish. Light-bodied, focused and precise with refined acidity.

Oysters and shellfish, grilled white fish, roast chicken, goat cheeses, sushi/sashimi, ceviche, spicy Thai or Vietnamese dishes, light Asian seafood stir-fries.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, biodynamic viticulture. Fermented in a mix of stainless steel and oak (new and older barrels/foudres) with extended lees contact; matured c.12 months in foudres/barrels and tank.
