Hand-harvested (Sept 6–29); parcel fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18 months in French oak (≈35–40% new).

172-acre estate owned by the Mouton Rothschild branch; classified 1855 Fifth Growth. Long history of Cabernet focus on gravelly Pauillac soils.
