Perfumed and elegant: violet, blackberry and blue-fruit layers with black cherry, pink pepper, black tea, graphite and mineral notes. Silky, fine chalky tannins, balanced acidity and a long, peppery savory finish.

Hand-harvested Syrah from stony Gimblett Gravels; heritage clone vines, whole-bunch inclusion, fermentations with wild and cultured yeasts; matured in French oak barriques.
