Deep, concentrated Syrah with blackberry, mulberry, violet and lavender, white pepper, smoked-meat and cocoa notes. Luscious mid-palate, fine chalky tannins, stony minerality and toasted oak spice; powerful yet elegant with a long, layered finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: braised beef, roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, venison, aged blue cheese. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Sichuan-style braised beef, miso-glazed aubergine, rich noodle stews with umami sauces.
 

 
釀造方式
 
100% Syrah; 100% hand-harvested. 65% whole-bunch, 35% destemmed; indigenous fermentation in open-top French cuve and closed stainless; matured 17 months in French oak barriques (38% new); coarse filtration; bottled Dec 2020.
