Perfumed Syrah: violets and lavender over blackberry and bramble, black pepper, smoked meat and crushed stone minerality; fine, ripe tannins and bright acidity with a medium–full, long finish.

Grilled or roasted lamb, venison, ribeye steak, beef bourguignon; Western BBQ. Asian pairings: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan beef, char siu, miso-glazed eggplant, spicy Korean stews. Also pairs with aged cheeses and mushroom dishes.

Hand and machine harvest; ~10–11% whole-bunch, ~89% destemmed; open-top stainless and oak cuves; selected/indigenous yeasts; 14–15 months in French oak (≈20–25% new).
