Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with lavender, wild thyme, forest-floor and smoky spice; silky, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested, mostly destemmed (small % whole-bunch in some vintages); indigenous and cultured yeast fermentations; 12–14 months in French oak (≈30–35% new).
