品鑑筆記
 
Deep ruby; concentrated black fruit (blueberry, plum, cassis) with notes of cherry, licorice, mocha and spicy leather. Velvety texture, ripe fruit core, firm round tannins and a persistent, chocolate-tinged finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, barbecued short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or Cantonese roasted pork, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef or mushroom stir-fry.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Carmenère; fermented in stainless steel with careful temperature control, matured ~16 months in French oak barrels then brief rest in tank before bottling.
