Concentrated black‑cherry and plum fruit with wild herbs, leather, tobacco and mineral notes. Firm, polished tannins, lively acidity and long, spicy finish with vanilla and balsamic undertones.

Organically grown Sangiovese; hand‑harvested, fermented ~18–20 days in stainless steel; aged ~1 year in 500L tonneaux then in large oak botti for further maturation.
