Blanc de Noirs with ripe pear, stewed and dried red-fruit notes, green almond, steamed rice, subtle plum-skin/rhubarb bitterness, fine minerality and creamy mousse. Rounded yet precise, with a persistent, savory finish.

Western: turbot or grilled white fish, roast chicken, creamy seafood, mild cheeses. Asian: miso‑glazed fish, sashimi, tempura, sushi, dishes with white miso or light soy seasoning.
 

 
釀造方式
 
100% Pinot Noir; single‑vineyard Blanc de Noirs. Hand‑harvested, vinified partly in small oak barrels, long lees ageing (~5 years), bottled Extra Brut with low dosage (~3 g/L).
