Bright, aromatic: passionfruit, honeydew melon, lime and guava with blackcurrant leaf, saline minerality and fresh ginger. Vibrant acidity, medium body and a long, mouthwatering citrus-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Fruit from many Wairau Valley parcels is harvested cool, fermented parcel-by-parcel (stainless steel) with some lees contact for texture, then carefully blended to maintain consistency and aromatics.
