Perfumed, vibrant red: bright red and blue fruit, floral lift, baking spice, chalky powder and sappy acidity leading to a fresh, persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Short maceration (~20 days) with minimal extraction, few pump-overs; aged ~5 months (mix of stainless, used barrels and stoneware amphora). Organic conversion.

Founded by Michel Chevré (joined by son Thibaud); estate established 2011, working organically on limestone soils from old vines (c.50–60 yrs).
