Medium-bodied cool-climate Shiraz: bright cherry, raspberry and dark-berry fruit with white pepper, menthol and violet florals; fine spicy oak, lively acidity and discreet grainy tannins; fresh, lingering finish.

釀造方式
 
Fruit from multiple Hilltops vineyards; grapes destemmed and open-fermented with gentle pump-overs, then matured in mainly seasoned French oak (small % new) for ~10–12 months before bottling.
