Blackcurrant and blackberry core with cedar, graphite, cigar-box and violet notes. Medium–full body, fine-grained ripe tannins, saline minerality and a long, savory finish with lifted herbal freshness.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye/porterhouse, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Peking duck, soy-glazed beef, mushroom-based hot pots.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested (Sept 9–28), fermented in temperature-controlled vats, matured ~18 months in oak (≈30% new).
