Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, undergrowth, violet and leather. Silky, mid-to-full palate with fresh acidity, spicy notes and elegant yet present tannins; long, mouthwatering finish.

釀造方式
 
Biodynamic vineyards; hand-harvested, mostly destemmed, ~30 day maceration, fermented spontaneously in used Burgundian barrels and stainless steel; ~12 months on fine lees then further vat ageing.
