品鑑筆記
 
Concentrated black-fruit core (blackberry, plum) with roasted cocoa, clove, licorice and slate minerality. Rich, full palate with ripe, polished tannins, firm acidity and a long, spicy, slightly balsamic finish.

Roast lamb, grilled/aged beef, venison, stews, aged Manchego; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan beef, braised pork belly.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from old, low-yielding llicorella vineyards; grapes destemmed and fermented separately; matured ~24 months in French oak barrels with additional bottle ageing.

Founded in 1996 by Josep Lluís Pérez and Lluís Llach; run today by Adrià and Marc Pérez. Operates closely with Porrera cooperative growers to preserve century-old vines on steep slate slopes.
