Concentrated, full-bodied Priorat red: ripe black and red fruit, Mediterranean herbs, spice, incense and slate; silky, well-integrated tannins and a warm, long finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from very old Carignan vines; fermented and aged ~18 months in oak barrels. Small-batch, limited-production cuvée.

Cims de Porrera (est. 1996) rescues century-old Priorat vineyards; run by cousins Adrià and Marc Pérez since 2004, sourcing grapes from local growers and cooperative plots.
