Ripe blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry with violet and spice notes. Medium-full bodied, velvety texture, supple yet present tannins, cedar and tobacco oak influences and a long, slightly mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, rigorous sorting, cold maceration and gentle infusion fermentation (30–35 days); matured in French oak barrels and casks for ~12–18 months.
