Dense, deep crimson; black cherry, plum and blackberry with toasted spice, smoky empyreumatic notes and a velvety texture. Polished tannins, bright acidity and long, savory finish.

Hand-harvested; partial/total destemming by variety; 3–4 weeks maceration; ~10 months élevage in oak barrels then ~6 months in concrete tanks; bottled as Vin de France.
