Pale-yellow with green highlights. Citrus and white flowers on the nose, with crunchy orchard fruit and lime zest. Fresh, saline and sapid palate with lively acidity, medium body and a tonic, persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Gentle pressing; fermentation at ~16°C in stainless-steel tanks under reductive conditions; aged 6–8 months on fine lees in tank with occasional bâtonnage; bottled after lees ageing.
