Fine, persistent mousse; aromas of white flowers, brioche, honey and peach. Palate delivers fresh citrus, toasted brioche, light red-fruit notes and a mineral, slightly toasty finish.

Méthode Traditionnelle: base wines fermented in stainless steel, malolactic ferment, blended from Premier Cru parcels and aged 18–36 months on lees before disgorging and light dosage.
