Dark garnet with bright red highlights. Fragrant, ripe red and black fruit, subtle spice and oak. Soft, suave entry; fine tannins emerge without dominating. Medium-bodied, balanced with a savory, saline finish.

Western: roast lamb, herb-crusted beef, duck breast, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, mushroom and soy stir-fry, Cantonese roast pork.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Estate-harvested; vinified by variety with controlled fermentations; aged 12 months in French oak barrels (27% new); blended and lightly fined before bottling.
