Dark garnet. Ripe black and red fruits (blackberry, cassis, raspberry) with cedar, tobacco, spice and mineral notes. Medium–full, velvety texture, powdery tannins and bright acidity, finishing with fruity spice.

Western: roast lamb, beef short ribs, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, miso-glazed eggplant, soy-braised beef.

Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation and ageing 12 months in oak barrels (≈30% new); produced as the estate's second wine.
