Lively, mineral Chardonnay: pear, ripe citrus, yellow apple, white flowers, subtle pastry and saline chalkiness. Creamy mid-palate with fine acidity and a long, chalky finish.

Biodynamic, single-vineyard Chardonnay. Whole‑grape pressing, fermented in foudres/tonneaux and aged 15–18 months on fine lees in used barrels; often bottled without added sulphur.
