Bright red-fruit core of cherry, raspberry and cranberry with floral rose-petal lift, light spice and fine chalky tannins. Medium-full, fleshy mid-palate with freshness and a poised, saline-tinged finish.

Western: roast duck breast, beef tournedos, mushroom risotto, coq au vin. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecued pork), mushroom ramen or soy-glazed salmon.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch picking; vinified without pumping-over or added sulphites. Aged 14–18 months in predominantly used Burgundy barrels (≈90%) with ~10% new oak.
