Fresh, mineral-driven Chardonnay with pear, white peach and pineapple, citrus blossom, delicate toasted spice and saline/stony minerality. Creamy mid-palate, precise acidity and a long, focused finish.

Biodynamic vineyard management; hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation; aged 14–16 months in French oak (mostly used barrels) with extended lees contact; minimal new oak and low SO2.
