Mineral-driven, floral and citrus-scented Chardonnay with pear, white peach, beeswax and chalky stone notes. Medium‑full, racy acidity, saline minerality and a long, precise finish.

Western: lobster, roast chicken or capon with morels, creamy poultry, grilled sea bass. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty cuts), steamed fish with ginger & scallions, Cantonese roast chicken.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Biodynamic viticulture; vertical pressing, fermented in 10hL tuns/demi-muids and foudres, aged 20–30 months on lees in a mix of stockinger foudres and neutral oak.
