Pale rose-gold with wild strawberry, red currant and raspberry, layered with vanilla, cinnamon, brioche and saline notes. Fine mousse, creamy texture, fresh acidity and a lingering, elegant finish.

釀造方式
 
Traditional méthode champenoise using a solera reserve of red wine, ~30–35% reserve wines, aged on lees 2–3 years; low dosage (6–8 g/L).

Palmer & Co, founded 1947 by seven grower-families in the Montagne de Reims, sources Premier/Grand Cru fruit; cellar master Xavier Berdin oversees blending and the solera program.
