Crisp, pure Chardonnay: citrus, white flowers, almond and orchard-fruit notes, fine persistent mousse, bright acidity, chalky minerality and a silky, precise palate with a long, tangy finish.

Western: oysters, shellfish, smoked salmon, sushi, tempura, roast chicken, creamy cheeses (Brie, Camembert). Asian: sushi/sashimi, sashimi, delicate dim sum, steamed lobster with ginger, light Thai fish dishes, tempura.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional method (méthode champenoise) with bottle secondary fermentation; extended lees ageing (circa 5 years), disgorged and finished as Brut. Malolactic fermentation has been used in some cuvées.
