Bright dark-cherry and plum with red-berry fruit, herbal spice and subtle oak. Vibrant acidity, soft tannins and a medium-long, savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts; spontaneous malolactic fermentation; aged ~12 months in used barriques/tonneaux; minimal filtration.
