Savory, medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with ripe red berries, cassis, roasted red pepper, ash and herbal notes (thyme/eucalyptus). Creamy, juicy palate, fine-grained tannins, black pepper and cedar, finishing bright, savory and persistent.

釀造方式
 
Cold maceration (2–6 days <10°C), fermentation 14–20 days with ~30% whole clusters; total maceration 3–10 days. Aged 11–13 months in 100% French oak (30–40% new).
