Intense ruby with garnet. Ripe cherry, plum and dark berry fruit with spice, vanilla, leather and licorice; dense, elegant sweet tannins, bright Sangiovese acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Roast lamb, grilled steak, Tuscan salumi, aged Pecorino or Parmigiano; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, Korean barbecue (bulgogi), rich Sichuan beef or teriyaki beef.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Fermented in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation; aged 24–30 months (≈50% new barriques), then 12 months bottle ageing.
