Pale cherry-pink with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of strawberry, red cherry and citrus with subtle brioche. Fresh and bright on the palate, light creaminess, balanced acidity and a lively red-fruit finish.

Western: oysters, prawns, smoked salmon, tapas, cured meats, paella. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, dim sum, mild Thai dishes, Vietnamese spring rolls.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Made by the traditional method (secondary fermentation in bottle). NV blend aged on lees roughly 9–15 months (commonly ~12) before disgorging.
