Deep cherry-red with aromas of red and black fruit, warm spice, balsamic and toasted oak. Fresh, concentrated and balanced palate with ripe, well-integrated tannins and a long, savory finish.

Western: grilled or roasted red meats, lamb chops, steak, game, aged Manchego and hard cheeses, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan or Thai red curry, yakitori (chicken skewers).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Grapes from five plots harvested and vinified separately with long maceration and controlled fermentation; aged about 16–17 months in French (Allier) and American oak (≈15% new), then bottle-aged before release.
