Deep cherry-red with aromas of red berries, spices, balsamic and toasted oak. Fresh, well-structured palate of ripe red/black fruit, integrated dusty tannins, balanced acidity and a long savory finish.

Western: charcuterie, grilled/roasted red meats (steak, lamb), hearty stews, tomato-based pasta, mature hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan dishes, teriyaki or soy‑glazed beef.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional red vinification with long maceration, controlled fermentation (~25°C), aged 18 months in Bordeaux-style barrels (50% American, 50% Allier French oak), then bottle-aged.
