Vibrant coastal Sauvignon with lime, pink grapefruit, gooseberry and green herbs, backed by flint/saline minerality and subtle tropical notes. Bright, concentrated palate with racy acidity and a long, saline finish.

Oysters and shellfish, ceviche, seared scallops, grilled white fish, goat cheeses and fresh salads; sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green papaya salad, grilled prawns with lime, light poultry dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑harvested from Cipreses single-vineyard; parcels fermented separately (mainly stainless steel), ~10% barrel/lees ageing for texture, brief lees contact and light élevage before bottling.
