Dark ruby with intense wild berries, plum, spice (black pepper/cardamom) and toasted notes. Medium-bodied, bright acidity, velvety texture and persistent tannins; medium-long savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Total destemming, prolonged gentle skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation ~26°C. Aged in French oak barrels (12 months) and further bottle maturation (~6 months).
