Deep ruby; concentrated black and blue fruit (blackberry, blueberry), violet, liquorice, balsamic and eucalyptus notes. Palate dense, velvety with muscular yet polished tannins, dark spice and cocoa, very long finish.

Western: grilled/roast beef, lamb, game, stews, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan beef, char siu, lamb skewers.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Cold maceration, fermentation around 28°C with extended skin contact (~20–35 days); 15 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 18–24 months bottle aging.
