Deep garnet; complex aromas of ripe black fruits, dried plums, spice, tobacco, liquorice and cedar. Full-bodied palate of concentrated blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, refined tannins and a long, elegant finish.

釀造方式
Hand‑harvested grapes from old vines; total destemming, optical sorting, pre‑fermentative maceration, fermentation in large French oak vats (~27°C) with extended post‑fermentation maceration; 18 months in French oak barrels and prolonged bottle ageing.

Produced by Fundação Eugénio de Almeida (Adega Cartuxa) near Évora. Pêra‑Manca is the estate’s flagship cru, first released in 1990; limited production from selected old‑vine parcels.
