Fresh citrus and white peach with floral and subtle mineral notes; medium-bodied with creamy lees texture, bright acidity and an elegant, long finish.

釀造方式
Hand-harvested; fermented in stainless steel at ~16°C; aged 8–9 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
