釀造方式
 
Botrytized grapes hand-harvested in multiple passes, pressed and fermented in oak barrels; aged 18–26 months in French oak (portion new). Barrel selection determines second wine.

Les Carmes de Rieussec is the second wine of Château Rieussec (Premier Cru Classé), owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) since 1984; name refers to Carmelite monks of Langon.
