Perfumed red and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, plum) with lavender, black truffle and cracked pepper; medium–full body, ripe rounded tannins, lively acidity and an earthy, long finish.

Western: roast beef, lamb, venison, grilled steak, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), mushroom hotpot, braised pork belly with soy/honey.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, destemmed; fermented with regular pump-overs/punch-downs; matured 12–18 months in oak barrels (approx. 30–50% new oak).
