Pale yellow; aromas of white flowers, yellow peach, beeswax and brioche. Palate offers lemon curd, yellow peach, almond and flinty/mineral notes with creamy texture and a long, citrus-lifted finish.

Western: roast chicken with herb butter, mushroom risotto, creamy seafood pasta, soft cheeses (Brie, aged cheddar). Asian: miso-glazed salmon or cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty tuna), crab or lobster with butter.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑picked by plot, gentle whole‑bunch pressing; juice sent to Burgundian oak for 100% wild (indigenous) barrel fermentation (≈10 months), ~1/3 new oak; some malolactic fermentation encouraged; bottled mid‑January.
