Deep black-fruit core of cassis, blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, dark chocolate and subtle violet. Medium–full body, ripe powdery tannins, minty/herbal lift and a long, savory, slightly chalky finish.

Western: roast leg of lamb, ribeye or côte de boeuf, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/grilled beef), braised short ribs, umami-rich soy/miso dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional Bordeaux vinification; fermented plot-by-plot, matured in French oak barrels (approx. 40% new), élevage ~12–18 months. Sustainable vineyard practices.
