Fresh, herbaceous and balsamic: green apple, pear, fennel and anise with bay-leaf and camphor notes. Saline mineral backbone, bright acidity, mellow mouthfeel and a dry, slightly bitter finish.

釀造方式
 
100% Xarel·lo; hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts (stainless steel and concrete — ~80% tank, 20% concrete), aged 3–4 months on lees with regular bâtonnage; minimal sulfur, unfined and unfiltered.
