Perfumed red-fruit core (cranberry, raspberry, plum) with violets, Mediterranean herbs, undergrowth and blood-orange zest. Light-to-medium body, gentle dusty tannins, glycerolic texture and a bright, lingering earthy finish.

釀造方式
 
50/50 Sumoll and Garnatxa; destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts (~15 days maceration). Aged mainly in stainless steel with ~29% in oak for ~9–12 months. Organic, minimal sulfur, unfined/lightly filtered.
