Biodynamically grown grapes, hand-harvested; varieties vinified separately in concrete and wooden tanks, malolactic fermentation, blended and aged ~13 months in French oak barriques.

Caiarossa, founded 1998, is a biodynamic (Demeter) estate in Tuscany’s Val di Cecina. Feng Shui-designed winery; vineyards at Nocolino (200–350m) on volcanic-influenced soils producing Bordeaux-style blends.
